The director of the clinic, she psychologist and hospital administrator worded in various hospitals all over India as married to Army officer she had to travel with him practiced in Srinagar to Chennai. Having worked in various hospitals as well as having been a professor, she has a specialization in marma therapy  and later she did masters in naturopathy and Dr LajatRai Mehra's  Neurotherapy. In addition to this, Dr Nair also offers psychological counseling to clients with mental health issues.
She has healed many patients suffering from spine ,knee related issues, Autistic children, Cerebral plasy children and mental retardation, depression cases, Anxiety etc
